IntRSA Assessor Certification
The International Assessor Registration Scheme (IntRSA) was developed as an education program for competent assessors, who acquire ISO/IEC 15504 certification with the assistance of training and continued education programs. By putting together these programs, the initiators of IntRSA accommodated numerous requests made by the industry. The criteria the assessor certification is based upon reflect the knowledge, skills and experiences that are essential for the professional performance of assessments.
The program targets in particular:
Internal process assessors, who conduct, for instance, assessments aiming at the optimization of in-house processes
External process assessors, e.g. consultants, buyers or employees working in certification offices
Process administrators, e.g. consultants, quality assurance staff, process improvement teams
